Budiansyah is an advocate who has a wide range of legal experiences in resolving legal issues both litigation and non-litigation, not only in civil cases including industrial relations disputes, Bankruptcy and the postponement of debt payment obligations (PKPU), Intellectual Property and Business competition but also criminal cases at various court levels in Indonesia.

Apart from being an Advocate, Mediator, and Certified Tax Lawyer, He is also a Certified Legal Auditor who is actively teaching as a Lecturer at Satyagama University.

His comprehensive experiences working at top managerial positions in various local and multi-national companies have become a strong asset for him to understand the details of business flow and conglomeration work standards. This skill set gives him the ability to see business matters not only from the external perspective but also from the internal point of view.

Graduated as a Bachelor of Laws from the Faculty of Law, Gadjah Mada University with the predicate of Cum Laude, He also obtained the Bachelor of Economics majoring in Marketing Management at STIE SBI Yogyakarta, and afterward He obtained the Master of Law (M.H.) in Business Law study program from Gadjah Mada University.

He speaks Indonesian, English, Mandarin, Teochew, and Hokkien.
