Fakhri Ahmad Mustaghfir, S.H., a law graduate from Universitas Gadjah Mada, is skilled in legal analysis, negotiation, and communication. As a licensed non-judge mediator, he has extensive experience drafting and reviewing contracts, including media partner agreements, artist contracts, O&M, and fuel supply agreements. Fakhri has successfully represented clients in dispute resolutions, utilizing his corporate expertise. Currently, he is pursuing certification as a Receiver and Administrator in bankruptcy, further enhancing his capabilities in both transactional and litigation\u00a0matters.<\/p>\n

Rini Irmanti graduated with a Very Good predicate from the Notarial Law Postgraduate Study Program at the University of Indonesia and Cum Laude predicate from the Law Undergraduate Study Program at the University of Tarumanagara. She focuses on Company and Agrarian Law that offers top-notch reviewing and drafting abilities.<\/p>\n

Prior to joining LB Law Office, Rini was trained in Notarial Law with over 2 (two) years of experience. During her college years, she was an active student involved in communities and events at the university. She participated in the student exchange program at the Faculty of Law University of Malaya; this program was also participated in by 4 (four) countries: China, Thailand, Japan, and England. Moreover, she also joined and won a First Place and The Best Category of File in Internal Dean Cup I Criminal Moot Court Competition during her studies at University of Tarumanagara.<\/p>\n

She is able to speak Indonesian, English,\u00a0and\u00a0Hokkien.<\/p>\n
